What we collect
- Your name, phone number, optional email, optional photo and emergency contact.
- For drivers: profile photo, licence/ID photo and number, vehicle photo, plate number and vehicle details.
- Your location: while you use the map, and for drivers only while they are Online.
- Trip and delivery details, offers, ratings and complaints.
Why we use it
- To connect clients with nearby drivers and show live trip and delivery status.
- To verify drivers and keep the platform safe.
- To handle complaints, emergencies and legal requests.
Who can see it
- Clients see a driver's name, photo, rating, vehicle and approximate location while the driver is online.
- Phone numbers are only shown to the other person during an active trip or delivery.
- Receivers with a tracking link see the delivery status and driver's live location only.
- Licence and ID photos are only seen by Set Ride administrators.
- We do not sell your data.
Your choices
You can edit your profile at any time. To delete your account, contact support. We keep some records where the law requires it.
Security
Your data is stored securely and each person can only access their own records. No system is perfect, so please keep your password private.
