Set Ride is only a middleman. We connect riders and senders with independent drivers. We do not own vehicles, employ drivers or carry packages, and we are not responsible for any trip, passenger, package, loss, damage, injury or dispute. You agree the price and the trip directly with the driver.
For riders
- Check the driver's photo, vehicle and plate number before you get in.
- Agree the price in the app before the trip starts.
- Share your trip with someone you trust.
For senders and receivers
- Never send prohibited items.
- Receivers: only give the 4-digit code after you have checked the package.
For drivers
- Use the Emergency button if you feel unsafe. It alerts our team and lets you call emergency services.
- Refuse any package you think is unsafe.
In an emergency
Always call your local police or emergency number first.
